Product Designer

I had the pleasure of working with Bianca at a large Danish bank where she was responsible for digital product development on complex, high profile projects with many stakeholders across the organization.

Bianca understands how to translate strategic pointers to product design and she is a highly-skilled, collaborative, and detail-oriented digital product designer who has a full-range skill set. Including all aspects of user research, user involvement, and prototype design and test. She is a good listener and provides excellent service to any part of an organization. 

Bianca was also a crucial part of getting my startup, dreamplan.io, off the ground. At dreamplan.io, Bianca had to work remotely as a full member of the development team and demonstrated her ability to coordinate the design and UX effort in a team with a variety of skill sets and limited resources, and made a dramatic increase in the productivity level of our company.

I had the pleasure of working with Bianca as her direct manager in the division “Design & User Experience” at Nykredit. I worked closely with Bianca on several projects where she showed excellent abilities in design, combining her unique qualities in working both strategically and executing impactful design solutions.

One of the traits that make Bianca a valued designer is her strong grasp on both design processes and design doing. She knows how to approach a design project and can easily create a plan on how to deliver well-designed solutions - all while also executing them. By working across digital, brand, and UX/UI, Bianca brought great value to the projects she worked on at Nykredit by showing abilities in a wide range of design disciplines.

Also, Bianca showed abilities in process design and project management that enabled close collaboration between business departments, stakeholders, and technical partners.

In a strategically important project on investing, Bianca co-led and facilitated the project from collecting initial user research, partaking in defining product strategy to establishing feedback loops with partners from wealth management and content marketing - all while also designing high-fidelity solutions and making sure to implement both users needs and drive business goals.

Due to Biancas move to the US, all of us at Nykredit were sad to see Bianca go, but I believe Bianca will be a great contributor to whatever team she will be joining in the future - she was a truly valued and well-liked team member at Nykredit, appreciated for her drive, dedication to design and strong collaboration skills.
